Our collaborative team will elevate, inspire, and source the trusted vendors & design elements that reflect your unique relationship and event day priorities. Then, on the wedding day, relax and enjoy the peace of mind that comes from the flawless execution of a beautifully polished event. Below are the items included in the Tandem Package:

PLANNING & COORDINATION

• 5 Planning Meetings, including a venue walkthrough & design mock-up

• Unlimited Email Communication

• Custom Vendor Recommendations and Contract Management

• Event Timeline Creation and Coordination with Vendors

• Final Vendor Confirmations two weeks before the wedding

• Full scale event set-up, production, and breakdown

CUSTOM DESIGN CONCEPTION & EXECUTION

• Event Design Proposal and Inspiration Board with Proposal to include:

  • All rentals, tenting, power, and specialty vendor selection & management

  • Custom floral design

  • Linen & tabletop design

  • Place setting design

  • Lighting design with drapery and custom installations

  • Specialty lounge & rentals

  • Custom concept creation & theme

  • Paper design in collaboration with our graphic designer vendors

• Design vendor collaboration, subcontracting & management

*The design and floral proposal will be billed separately with a 20% coordination fee ($4,500 minimum) and a $3,500 floral minimum. Inquire for more details.
